ASA 5505 - PBR alternative

I have a hub-spoke configuration where when the traffic that arrives at the hub must be forwarded on to the next hop router.  I currently have the configuration setup with a router based VPN.  I apparently misunderstood the features that were available on the ASA devices relating to PBR and need a valid alternative to accomplish this task.  Is it as simple as placing a router connected to the inside interface of the ASA and using PBR to accomplish this task.  Ultimately, any solution is an option.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

Usually this is accomplished by implementing a router which can do PBR.  There is no real solution for PBR on the ASA.
