ATM not syncing

Guys,

We have an office in Luxemburg connected to the Internet via a D-Link wireless router. We wanted to replace it with a Cisco 1801w router so we could setup a site-2-site vpn but when I connect the adsl line to the Cisco router the line is coming up. ATM interface status is always showing as down. Is there a different RJ11 cable pairing in Luxemburg or I am I missing something here?

make sure the Encapsulation protocol configuration also.

I figured out what the problem is, it is ADSL over ISDN and not ADSLoPots, that is why I was not seeing any signal on the ATM.

Any how this information will be very handy when I go to Luxembourg this week to setup the VPN.
