bypassdownloader cisco ASA

On local PC, I want to bypass automatic update to new anyconnect version installed on our ASA. I am setting bypassdownloader to true but that does not seem to take effect. My client still upgrades. I am testing this feature.

<BypassDownloader>true</BypassDownloader>

Hi Kashish

you should set AutoUpdate to false in the profile, if you can.

Alternatively, enabling BypassDownloader should also work, but may require a reboot (or restart the Anyconnect service - not the GUI). Note however that this also disables downloading of new profiles, translation/customization etc.

You got it, Herbert. Stopping/restarting the service made it work...thanks much!
