Can't ping outside ip. Checked config. guide and all seems in order. Am I missing something here to make redundant interface work ?

Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance Software Version 8.3(2)

Device Manager Version 6.3(5)

Here is my "show running-config interface" output:

interface GigabitEthernet0/0

no nameif
no security-level
no ip address
interface GigabitEthernet0/2
no nameif
no security-level
no ip address
interface Redundant1
member-interface GigabitEthernet0/0
member-interface GigabitEthernet0/2
no nameif
no security-level
no ip address
!
interface Redundant1.251
vlan 251
nameif outside
security-level 100
ip address "outside_ip" 255.255.255.0

Can it be beacause internal-data0/0 status is down ?

show interface ip brief

Interface                  IP-Address      OK? Method Status                Protocol

GigabitEthernet0/0         unassigned      YES unset  up                    up

GigabitEthernet0/1         unassigned      YES unset  administratively down down

GigabitEthernet0/2         unassigned      YES unset  up                    up

GigabitEthernet0/3         unassigned      YES unset  administratively down down

Internal-Data0/0           unassigned      YES unset  administratively down up

Management0/0              "mgnt_ip"   YES CONFIG up                    up

GigabitEthernet1/0         unassigned      YES unset  administratively down down

GigabitEthernet1/1         unassigned      YES unset  administratively down down

GigabitEthernet1/2         unassigned      YES unset  administratively down down

GigabitEthernet1/3         unassigned      YES unset  administratively down down

Internal-Data1/0           unassigned      YES unset  up                    up

Redundant1                 unassigned      YES unset  up                    up

Redundant1.251             "outside_ip"  YES manual up                    up

If I configure ip and sec-level on "redundant 1" without vlan then ping works.

But this is not my goal ...

interface Redundant1

member-interface GigabitEthernet0/0

member-interface GigabitEthernet0/2

nameif outside

security-level 100

ip address "outside_ip" 255.255.255.0
