Can't reach Cisco 877 behind Non-cisco Modem (DMZ configered and port forwarded)

I have a Cisco 877 behind a fiber optic modem connected throw Ethernet, Vlan is configured and I can reach the Cisco modem from inside the network.

but the problem is I can't do that from outside the network even after setting up the other modem to forward all the ports to the Cisco IP.

also I Tryed to set up the vpn server and port forwarding all the ports to cisco but also no luck.

could somebody please help me in this!
