Hi all,
Weird issue which is being experienced by a a large portion of our users basically..
Issue
Users connect to their WiFi at home, authenticate successfully and are sent back to the Cisco AnyConnect Client with a 'Ready' status as if they haven't tried to connect.
Workaround
- Disconnect from home WiFi
- Connect and disconnect from a mobile hotspot
- Connect back to home WiFi
- Reconnect to remote access successfully
- Rinse and repeat every day
What I'm not understanding is how is this workaround changing anything? There are definitely users that are not affected by this issue.
