Dear Experts,

I'm having a strange problem when installing Cisco Any Connect VPN on a Pc with windows 7.

The install appears to be progressing but then it just rolls back.

I've disabled windows firewall, windows defender and unistalled the antivirus, but nothing change.

I'm attaching logs. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The problem was BFE (Base Filtering Engine) service disabled.

I've enabled this service (automatic start) and I've completed Any Connect installation without errors.

Hope this can be helpful per someone.

It looks like the cause of the problem is:

Error 1722. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected.

Take a look at the links:

Thank you for your answer.

I've checked HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetControlNetwork registry key. I've 12 interfaces enumerated. I ran the ifcleanup tool as suggested from the link you send me, but nothing change.

I've tried with another installer and I've also the same problem.
