cisco asa ssl bookmark issue

Hi All,

im using ASA 9.1 version and have configured SSL vpn. After login to SSL Page, when i Click the bookmark it says server not unavailable.

I am able to access the bookmark from within the LAN. The bookmark contains the url as https://192.x.x.x/xxx which is my email server

Can anyone tell me, how to troubleshoot further.

Once i resolve, will let you know guys the proper troubleshooting steps.

Well, I did R&D and got some hits why bookmarks are not accessible and getting server not found error in client machine.
