Cisco VPN Concentrator 3060 Ip address assignment

I have Vendor who logs in using the latest VPN client. On the group the use, I have assigned 10.10.10.11 and 10.10.10.12 with a subnet mask of 0.0.0.0.  They continue to be given an IP address from our main IP pool.  How I correct this?  We used to do it using the old ACS as the IP pool Server but that does not exist in the new ACS version.

I appreciate all who viewed this.  However, we can close this.  It turns out the person was not accessing the proper connection entry.
