Clientless SSL VPN - License

We  bought ASA 5508-X with FirePOWER services, 8GE, AC, 3DES/AES; and we need to run Clientless SSL VPN instead of Anyconnect for 20 remote users to access some internal services as well as to run 3 Site-to-Site VPN connections between HQ and branches.So, do we still need a license to run Clientless SSL VPN? If yes, which one?

You do need to get an Apex or Plus license to support what you need in regards the clientless connections, you can take a look to the following ordering guide and also the faq, if you have further questions will be better if you contact your Sales Rep:

Clientless remote access VPN is only included with AnyConnect Apex and VPN Only license types.

AnyConnect Plus does not include it.
