We use the Cisco Device Manager to generate the certificate enrollment (csr) and applied the SSL certificate with a CA.Then we receive 2 certificates, one is CA and another one is for the router. We import the certificate into the router through security device manager and it was successful. (Certificate enrollment.jpg) . But in the router certificate windows, it shows that the certificate is unsupported in SDM. When we go back to SSL VPN Screen, it prompts that a self signed certificate is required. After we configured the self-signed certificates, we launch the configure of SSL VPN wizardand it prompts again that a self signed certificate is required.
Actually, in the router certificate screen, it should show the enrollment URL as terminal and Enrollment Type as Cut and paste just after the completion of certificate enrollment (i.e. generating the csr). As shown in the manual in Cisco http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/routers/access/cisco_router_and_security_device_manager/application/notes/SDMpki.pdf on Page 24 Figure 21.
Grateful if you could advise. Thanks.
