Confusing Licensing Problem

 We bought Anyconnect license but when we contact licensing team to help us, a person said to us Anyconnect License doesn't work on our system (see above pls) but Another person in licensing team said to us it will work, which is true, we are very confused, If you can inform us we will glad. Thanks...

Moving this thread to Security > VPN and AnyConnect.

@Reha Kucukosmanoglu   Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) appliances can use Anyconnect licenses (since version 6.2.2 of FMC) but they need to be provisioned as Smart licenses. You then register your FMC to the Smart software licensing portal and it can assign your AnyConnect Smart licenses to your managed devices.

If your Anyconnect licenses were provisioned as PAKs, you can request associated Smart licenses be provisioned to your account. Here's how:
