Connection profile gets deleted

Hello,

It's already the second time it happens and I have no clue why...

I created a VPN connection profile on an ASA, after a while users report they get the message : Failed to get configuration from secure gateway" when they try to connect

I log to the ASA and the AnyConnect Client profile is gone, if I recreate it they can connect successfully.

Any reason why it would happen?

Is it an HA pair or a single ASA?

If it's an HA pair you must copy the profile.xml file onto both units. Otherwise when a failover event occurs the second unit will not have the profile file and the reference to it will be deleted from the configuration.

Yes it's HA pair, good one! I'll copy the XML on the standby ASA.
