Excuse for my dumb question but I'm new on this. Is it possible to setup a VPN on end to end dedicated line? This won't have connectivity to Internet. On one side there is a computer and on the other side there is a computer that connected to a radio repeater equipment. We are planning to use two ASA 5505.

Yes, you can. As long as there are two compatible VPN end points on each end of the line (link)

Do I have to put a Gateway before each ASA?? Because I read that ASA are not a real routers, they are Firewalls... is that true?

That's not really true if you are not doing heavy routing. ASAs can serve a gateway and do fare amount of routing.
