Dial-in to a 2821 with WIC-2AM-V2

Was hoping to get some help on this.  We have a spare ISR 2821 with 2 WIC-2AM-V2 cards.  We would like to be able to use this router as a backdoor dialup connection incase our VPN/Internet connection goes out.   Is it possible to do this with this router and if so is there a sample config I could look at?

In the end I'd like to have this router be able to accept dial-in connections to allow us access to our network with the proper authentication (TACACS+)

Thanks,

James
