Explanation: If we have a scenario like our data center and their 100 branches , they all have public IP addresses and on internet link and not mpls or data connectivity, so in that case do dmvpn supports?

This is fully supported. As long as the routers can reach one another, DMVPN doesn't care whether the IP addresses are public, private or mixed.

OK, second thing is that if branches have different vendor products and head office have cisco then?

DMVPN is generally restricted to Cisco-only products.
