Hello there,
I used the VPN Client for a long time and needed to uninstall it. I can't quite remember but I think that the control panel was giving me a hard time so I tried to delete it manually. Now I want to install it again, because it is essential for me to use Skype for example. But when I try to install it, I always get an error message (28000). 
I've already tried this
