EZVPN remote on 5505 reliable?

What are people's experiences with setting up a 5505 as an EZVPN remote client?  I'm trying to set one up to connect to a 5510 head end but the tunnel doesn't come up.  I started with client mode and got that to work, although not reliably, and now I'm trying NEM but can't get that to work at all.  The tricky part is that I can't put the username in the 5505 config because the users won't be able to do this (especially when they change their AD account password).  Any advice on this?  The end goal is to have a laptop and IP phone behind the 5505 talking back to the corporate network. Thanks.

Ben,

Share with us, please, configuration and software revision for both.

The technology itself has been around for a while and is quite well tested. There might be a problem of course if underlying connectivity is not OK - at least in new software revisions.

Basically the only thing you need to change on headend for NEM to work is - enable NEM in correcy policy, and appropriate setting on "client" side ;-)
