Sorry for bumping old thread, i have similar problem.

I have configured vpn-framed-ip-address for all users, but ASA5510 (9.1.3) still uses group policy address pool instead of static user IP for VPN users (ipsec, anyconnect). I do not understad that, can anyone help? (I do no use, radius or ldap.)

Thanks.

Hi,

does the framed IP belong to the pool, assigned to group policy?

Maybe, if it is, address is already being occupied by some other user, so assignment doesn't take place for the framed user. If so, just put the framed ip out of the pool. Smth like pool is from x.x.x.50-100, framed ip is x.x.x.33. If not - tunnel group and group policy config would be good to see.
