Hi There,
After much to-ing and fro-ing, we were finally able to console into the
Cisco VPN 3020 Concentrator and login with the "admin" user account.
However to our surprise, we weren't able to gain full admin privileges to all areas
of the menu (see below).
For example, we are trying to turn off TACACS+ authentication by going to
Administration > Access Rights but that option is not available. We'd also
like to get a backup of the unit but the File Management isn't available.
Has anybody encountered this before and what can we do to gain full ADMIN access
given that we've logged in as the ADMIN user already???? Cisco has knocked back out
TAC case because the unit is no longer supported.
