How to Stop Auto Software Updates

Hi Guys - My Cisco any-connect was working fine. However, all of the sudden it wants me to upgrade to version 4.8.0190.

I have version 4.6 before and it worked fine.

When it downloads it fails.  I can not to get it to stop auto updating.  Does anyone know how to stop that on a MAC?  I am running Yosemite.

When I download the software also directly I also get an error message.

Hi

Are you connecting on an asa gateway?
You can disable auto update for anyconnect when connecting.
Check out this link:
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/vpn_client/anyconnect/anyconnect40/administration/guide/b_AnyConnect_Administrator_Guide_4-0/deploy-anyconnect.html

You can verify on this release note:
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/vpn_client/anyconnect/anyconnect48/release/notes/b_Release_Notes_AnyConnect_4_8.html#ID-1454-00000278

macOS 10.13 is the minimum version supported by anyconnect 4.8. And Yosemite corresponds to macOS 10.10 if i recall correctly which means it's not supported.

Thanks
Francesco
