It is compatible with Windows 7. I am using it with Windows 7 Ultimate x64. However for x64 support I believe only the beta firmware 1.1.10.1 or higher must be on the router.

You can obtain the firmware here but be advised it is not officially supported as it is a beta.

Thanks for your reply to my post on 5/12 regarding RVL 200 compitable with Windows 7.

As suggested by you I upgraded the firmware to beta 1.1.10.1 but even then when it is establishing virtual passage adaptert gives exits giveing error "VIRTUAL PASSAGE INSTALLED FAILED"

So would apprecaite if you could answer some questions :-

Which browser are you useing in Win 7 to access RVL 200 ?

Are you running the browser "RUN AS ADMINSITRATOR"

Are you running the browser in any compatlibity mode i.e WIN xp etc ?

Woudl really appreciate your response......thanks

It IS supported in latest version of firmware, 1.1.12.1

If the Virtual Adapter is not installing, try the following:

Wipe the entire installation.  Close the IE browser window then delete:

C:\\Windows\ssldrv.sys

C:\\Windows\ssldrv.txt

C:\\Windows\System32\drivers\SSLDrv.sys

C:\\Windows\Downloaded Program Files\Web Cache Cleaner Class

C:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files\XTennelCtrl Class

C:\\Windows\ssldrv.cab

On x64 systems also try running the x32 browser by going to:

C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer and then Execute ixepore.exe with admin rights.  Verify by right clicking this exe that it is the 32 bit version.
