"Login denied. Your session has been terminated due to your machine's security posture".

You will need to talk to your administrator. They have applied a policy that your machine does not meet.
The ASA administrator has put in place a posture check which your machine is failing. A posture check can look for many different things - current AntiVirus software, specific AD group memberhsip, existence of a registry key, etc.
You need to contact the administrator to determine what specific requirement is finding you to be non-compliant.
