After upgraing my router IOS I start getting following errors, When i serached for them i found its a known Bug (CSCef00586)

Infirmation realted to Bug i found is below:-
L2TP- L2X proc running and IP protocols (115 & 120) open without config In Cisco IOS software that includes L2TP support, four processes may
may be created even if there is no L2TP configured. These are the processes:

Router#
The process consumes a small amount of memory, but should not consume any CPU resources.
As a consequence the L2TP and UTI IP Protocol numbers of 115 and 120 respectively are open. IP packets containing those IP protocols are absorved
and do not generate ICMP protocol unreachable messages.
There is no workaround.
Can you please let me know, i am getting these erros just as service is running or some is try to expolite the Router?
