LDAP on ASA with attribute-map by openldap problem

Hello, everybody:

        I have a asa device. software version is 9.1. I have a openldap server,  I want asa to use ldap database to authentication anyconnect vpn user. I have already finished. I have a problem now, I want  different user group assign different "group-policy". I use group-policy internal on asa. I want to know that how to get group-policy this attribute by LDAP.

       note: I differentiate  user by "OU" on openldap. example, ou=manager,  ou=sales, ou=engineer.
