Poor quality on calls of the jabber - Anyconnect VPN

Hello  Guys!

Recently I came across a problem that a custumer is complaining that when you establishes  the VPN calls are poor, like shredding and fizzle, but within the internal network calls are normal.

I started a series of procedure to enable the DTLS, disable the DTLS compression, the ISP link is OK and the CPU and memory of ASA-5515 x is within the acceptable.

If anyone has had this problem and can help me how to solve, I appreciate
