Powershell window pops up when i connect?

I am running windows 10 and anyconnect secure mobility client 4.7 with only the vpn package, connecting to a 5555x asa running 9.8. We are not pushing any scripts, yet a powershell windows pops up briefly at the end of the connection process. Is this normal behavior for anyconnect? If yes, what is it doing with powershell?

Does this happen during every connection or only during the initial download and installation?

The latter might be caused by the new management-only local user that AnyConnect adds.

You might also look at your VPN logs on the client - open them from the gear icon in the AnyConnect GUI.
