Remote access VPN intermittent disconnect

Hi,

I am having the peculiar issue in our ASA5500 firewall (version 8.2(5) ), where the remote access vpn is getting issue, I am unable to ping the internal resource for sometime, however without any modification the porblem gets resolves, Kindly let me know what might be the exact issue.

During the issue we can see Tx count 0

It's difficult to say what the problem is just looking at the above output.

It basically means traffic is getting to the ASA from the remote vpn, however, there is no reply.

There could be a number of issues:

1) The inside host is not responding

2) Routing error at that time

3) ASA doesn't send the traffic out due to whatever reason

I have same problem, also 8.2.5 IOS. This problem repeats itself with no regular pattern so for my 200 or more users it has become a kind of a annoyance. Did you resolve this issue or?
