Have a query , I have configure vpn on the outside interface . Will I be able to telnet to PIX remotly to manage .

Yes.
"management-access inside" assuming your inside interface is actually called "inside" - will allow you to telnet/ssh over the VPN connection to manage the device remotely,

So if I understand it correctly
If my firewall has 3 interface
ip address outside
ip address inside
ip address DMZ
So can I use "management-access inside" or management-access DMZ (based on my need )
And if I make any of these intefaces as management-access (after apply the command ) will this cause any interption in the traffic . will there is any ip change required .
My purpose is just get the remote access to the PIX rest all config should remain the same , as this is in production
