remote VPN

Recently some users experiencied a problem with  our remote VPN, I capture this message in the VPN cliente

Deleting IPsec SA: (OUTBOUND SPI = 4210AEDA INBOUND SPI = BDEFE5A1)

Discarding IPsec SA negotiation, MsgID=2875C1A7

122    08:58:56.514  11/06/12  Sev=Info/4    IKE/0x63000017

Marking IKE SA for deletion  (I_Cookie=F711DA71A5B935E3 R_Cookie=396B1C93B2C096A7) reason = DEL_REASON_PEER_NOT_RESPONDING

What could be the problem?

this a Ipsec/UDP remote VPN , and the users connect to the network by a AP .

It looks to be the communication issue between the ASA with the RA clients. is it itermittent issue ?

Hello,

Yes, its random , but i dont know if its related to an issue in the AP (access point).

What could be causing this? I dont know if the IOS version of the FW has a bug in the version.

My cisco vpn client is the lastest version, i noticed also some users have a similar problem but it was due a bug in the vpn client.
