Reverse Route Injection in vpn between mikrotik and cisco

hello

i have cisco router at HQ and MIkrotik routers at Branch sites. At branch sites i dont have public IP.
i want to setup VPN connection between HQ and Branch sites so that HQ automatically detects branches Lan networks and Injects them in routing table.

What solution can you suggest ?

 Which router do you have in HQ ?

 When you say you dont have Public IP address on branch side, wondering, how do you connect to the Internet?

I have cisco 3825 series router, at branch site I have 4G internet and ISP gives me private ip address.

First you have some job to be done between Mikrotik and Cisco Router. After that, you can deploy RRI (Reverse Route Injection) on Cisco Router.
