RV325 Gateway to Gateway VPN

Hi!

I have 2 RV325, and i'm trying to setup a gateway to gateway vpn.

I don't have wan port connected on both, they are just connect to the network with an static ip.

It's possible to do this? or do i have to connect something on wan port?

Correct, you need a WAN connection to establish a gateway to gateway VPN, this link includes the info of the configuration and explanation of each of the requirements:
