Unable to make all necessary filtering modifications

We've got a remote client using the AnyConnect Secure Mobility VPN client on a Windows 7 box that is complaining about being kicked off the VPN after she connects.  The ASA reports an error that looks like this:

ASA-5-722010: Group <vpn> User <username> IP  <1.2.3.4> SVC Message: 16/ERROR: Unable to make all  necessary filtering modifications..

I can't seem to find any information about what that error message might indicate.  Apparently she has now removed the client so that she could attempt a re-install, but now she gets an error message when trying to install.

Try to delete and re-create split tunnel ACL.

Sometimes this ACL is created incorrectly by ASDM.
