Are all remote VPN clients having the same problem or is it limited to a few. If the problem is being seen with only a few, it's quiet possible that the problem does not lie with the PIX of the Client. Also, is DPD enabled or not. DPD will cause both the ends to know of a terminated IPSec connection, thus resulting in flusing of the SAs, allowing new ones to be negotiate quickly.
