vpn client not connecting

I was able to connect my vpn client version 5.0.07.0290 through my regular internet ethernet or wifi, but couple of days back it stopped and i am now able to connect only through my phone's hotspot any ideas???

Reset the DSL and try again, or contact Service provider for your issue.

Please kindly validate whether your Internet Sharing Connection is disable. (uncheck)
