Where is "Local Certificate Authority" in ASDM ?

Hi I read an article, whose tile is Anyconnect Certificate Based Authentication. In its comment, to add user, the author mentioned :

"Configuration > Remote Access VPN > Certificate Management > Local Certificate Authority > Manage User Database" . but I cannot find "Local Certificate Authority > Manage User Database"  Where is it ? Any one can give me some suggestion ? Thank you

Which version of ASA/ASDM are you running?

Your screen shot is from Configuration > Device Management.

Instead, go to Configuration > Firewall > Advanced > Certificate Management > Local Certificate Authority.
