VPN is unable to connect with this error :

"The client did not match the firewall policy configured on the central site VPN device.  Cisco Systems Integrated Client Firewall should be enabled or installed on your computer."

VPN was working fine last week , but occasionally this same error above used to pop up, but a restart would solve this issue in the past. But it has been impossible to connect this week. Something strange going on with firewall or permissions perhaps ?

I have not installed any new software since last week .

I have att uverse router at my home office. I have client vpn ver 5.0.07.0240 running on Win 7. I don't have zone alarm or any such software installed.

Please help !

Based on the release note, Win 7 vpn client might not support integrated Firewall

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/docs/security/vpn_client/cisco_vpn_client/vpn_client5007/release/notes/vpnclient5007.html#wp101397

You might conside of disabling it from headend. Or create a separate group with client fw disabled for just those win 7 user.
