I might be behind the times here but any advice would be appreciated. I have a new Windows 7 laptop and I cannot install the Cisco VPN client software. It complains that it isn't true 64-bit. I have tried compatability mode and running as administrator but to no avail. Is there a version of the client that will install onto Windows 7. If so, where can I get it? Ther version I am trying to use is - 5.0.02.0090.
Thanks - Simon (UK)

You might want to start a new thread since this thread is a different topic and the current thread is marked as answered.
That said, look at http://www.shrew.net/support/
When you start a new thread you need to tell us which Cisco product is used as the VPN Concentrator and how you have set up the authentication configuration. Passwords? Certs? Group/XAuth?
