Can "Client certificate" be used at the SSL-VPN(WebVPN) connection?

Hello,
ASA can support "self-signed" certificate that can be issued by the ASA or you can enroll to a third party certificate and that will work as well.

Also regarding Certificates and SSL VPN. Can the client be authenticated using a digital certificate instead of login/password ?

Yea - Just disable user authentication and you should be good to go!!
