Access to VPN tunnel when using VPN client

I need to access a remote office which is connect to my LAN via A PIX to PIX tunnel. The user access the LAN via the Cisco VPN client on his laptop.

I can access everything I need to on my LAN but they want to be able to print in there regional office but cannot.

I have created access-lists on both PIX's to allow the VPN client access but still they cannot access.

Is this behavior allowed as I am coming in the outside interface via VPN and then asking it to access a resources by going back out the outside interface via a tunnel to the remote office.
