Hi,
I have problem with acs remote agent authentication for VPN connection, i want to delete the agent and point it to another server i click on this remote agent and then delete and apply it gave me the below error:
This Agent is being used for NT Authentication, this must be re-configured before it can be deleted
What should i do to delete it ??
i also want to ssh to device what is the default username and password ?

what is the version of ACS do you use?
For 4.2/4.1 Look at
External Users Database ->
Database Configuration ->
Windows Database ->
External User Database Configuration ->
Windows User Database Configuration ->
Windows Remote Agent Selection
And remove agents here.

I have another problem, i can access GUI of ACS 4.2.1 Appliance (Not windows based), i want to access the ssh of this device i dont have username and password can i create or set this through GUI interface ???

Hi!
Appliance administrator can be added only througth CLI.
