We are using AnyConnect 3.1.14018 to connect into work, but my home PC is running Norton Internet Security 22.7.0.76. This seems to be a known problem as stated here: https://community.norton.com/en/forums/norton-227-version-does-not-work-cisco-anyconnect-vpn
Question is, is there a fix for this from Cisco?

How is the AV Norton causing an issue with AnyConnect? Are you running hostscan?

Thanks JP,
I'm definitely not an expert here, but as I understand it AnyConnect is running hostscan to ensure proper AV. Norton apparently changed the way they respond, or maybe no longer respond to the hostscan inquiry. Therefore AnyConnect doesn't acknowledge that an AV is running and won't allow the connection.
