Hello!
I have a problem with AnyConnect ICS+ 4.0.05062 on Android 6.0.
The problem is in Anyconnect keeping get paused (no network) when a phone is connected via cellular network. I have read these bug reports:

CSCur71076
So, I have disabled battery optimization for AnyConnect application. Still have the problem. Hard switch to 3G did not help too.
Have anybody run the same issue or maybe have a solution ?

UPDATE
With Cisco staff help the problem was solved.
Resolution:
I have found out several applications in the Data usage menu with restricted status. AnyConnect was not in the list of these applications. In spite of that I tapped in AnyConnect menu for more deep check. And that is: the Restrict app background data switch was on. I have switched off the restriction and the problem was solved.
