I am able to connect initially via the AnyConnect VPN, but then the download/upload hangs intermittently throughout the day. It will automatically resume after 30-60 sec and then I can keep working, but it is very annoying. Not sure if this helps in troubleshooting, but it 'remembers' what I did while it was hanging...ie as soon as it resumes, it will double click on what I double
It is not my ISP because my other computers not on the VPN have no issue and get full speed if I do a speedtest on them at the exact moment the VPN hangs. I work for a hospital and the IT department is not being very helpful so I thought I would post here. Any idea what could cause this intermittent hanging?
