anyconnect install failed on win 7 x64

Hi,

i have problem with AnyConnect during installation. It always fail on status "Removing backup files".

We used Anyconnect 2.3.2016 and I upgraded it to 2.4.1012. But when one collegue want to access annyconenct it said that it needs to be upgraded. During upgrade it fails, and we cant install it again from MSI package.

Please help, i dont want reinstall complete windows

Tibor,

Is the user an Administrator on the PC?  Are you allowing Active-x control?

Is this the only PC having issues?

Also make sure that you have "RunOnce" registry configured.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce

After checking all the settings, please try to upgrade again.

yes administrator.

active-x not important.. installing from MSI package
