i have wierd issue and would appriciate some help
when i try to connect, 1 in 4 attempts work, meanwhile ping never drops and is consistent, ping from router is same, pinged default gateway 10 000 times and there was no drops and time was good, one temporary and half working solution that i found was to delete profile located in " %ProgramData%\Cisco\Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client\Profile ", with this i can connect sometimes but not consistently.
also i have captive portal disabled, because without that vpn seems to not work, if that makes any difference
