AnyConnect license

Hi 

I have configured HA between two cisco firepower, one is active another one is passive, now I want to add remote sites VPN for 25 users, my question is, 

Shall I buy 25 license per each devices (active and standby) which means total 50 license, or 25 license is enough due to I have high availability.

AnyConnect licenses are shared between your HA-devices. You don't need to buy licenses for the standby unit.

And if this will be a site-2-site VPN, you don't need any additional licenses. AnyConnect is only needed for RemoteAccess VPNs.
