AnyConnect Message

I have AnyConnect access configured on our ASA and one of my users is getting the following message.  How do I prevent this message from appearing?  Is it a setting in the profile?

Hi routercpu,

You may want to check your VPN configuration. AnyConnect detected a remote console disconnect within 90 seconds of the establishment of a VPN session. AnyConnect terminated the session because it detected an interruption of the remote console session, indicating the necessity of restoring the local IP forwarding table to permit the re-establishment of the remote console session. By the way, do you have an active Smartnet contract in your ASA device?
