I got the above working last night, but noticed a few things that I'd like to tidy up:
You have to hit Ctrl+Alt+Del then cancel the logon or hit the back button, before you can click the Network Sign-In button. Is there a way for the Network Sign-In button to appear as soon as you hit Ctrl+Alt+Del? It looks like it actually appears and disappears very quickly, then won't reappear until you cancel the logon or hit the back button.
The AnyConnect icon is all blurry looking when it's enlarged onscreen for SBL - is this any better on later versions? I'm running 3.1.02026 at the moment.
I also had to install the GINA module manually. If I upload the .msi to the ASA, how do I get it to install that automatically on clients?
