Anyconnect Secure Mobility Client 3.1.00495 - Connection attempt failed

About 2-3 months ago I started getting a "Connection Attempt Failed - please try again" message when trying to connect to our ASA5512.  Oddly enough I only get this message from Windows PCs ( Win 7 ).  All Macbooks are still able to connect without a problem.   Something seemed to have changed because we had no problems connecting in the from Windows or Mac devices in the past.

I was thinking that there may be an issue with Explorer 10 that is causing the problem because all of the OS X  Devices continue to connect withoout a problem.

Does anyone have experience with the issue?  

Any suggestions on where to start on finding a solution?

I'd start with installing the latest version of 3.1 and also try latest version of 3.0
